The new templates provide a consistent layout that realtors can use to promote move-in ready homes. Each post features three slides - one showcasing the home's exterior, one the interior, and one highlighting key property details. This consistent format ensures a cohesive brand presence across all social media platforms.

For upcoming events hosted by real estate agents and event planners in the Dallas division, I developed a comprehensive asset package. To maximize visibility, both print and digital versions of these event materials were produced.

Community Plat Maps
A plat map is a scaled drawing that shows the divisions of a community or land. I illustrated the completed communities that required documentation. The map depicts the layout of homes, addresses, street names, and other amenities within the area. Once the map is finished, it is printed and displayed in the community. The map is then modified to create an interactive digital version.
